Arts Lab Brussels, a Brussels based non for profit association advocating for arts democracy, arts diplomacy and holistic thinking, and TAG bxl specialising since 2014 in the promotion of emerging artists were appointed official Award Partners of the 4th edition of Dubai International Emerging Artist Award.
